Information
Where do I submit my OJT hours?
You should submit your on-the-job training hours online through your apprentice portal found on TradeSchool.
When are OJT hours due?
Your on-the-job training hours are due 10 days after the following month. For example, March hours are due by April 10th.
When are my OJT hours considered late?
Your on-the-job training hours are considered late after the 11th of each month.
Who do I contact if I made an error or need to correct my OJT hours?
Contact the Tidewater JATC office at (757) 480-2812.
Where do I submit my monthly evaluation?
You will submit your monthly evaluation on TradeSchool by entering your JW email address. The JW will then complete your evaluation. Monthly evaluations are due by the 10th of the following month.
I cannot attend class tonight. What are the steps to report my absence?
You will need to call the training director to report your absence. If you are sick with the flu, COVID, etc., please provide a doctor's note to the director before returning to class.
