Earn While You Learn The Tidewater Electrical Industry JATC offers a five (5) year electrical apprenticeship in commercial and industrial installations. Each apprentice will receive a minimum of 8,000 hours of on-the-job training and over 1,100 hours of classroom theory training. The JATC accepts applications, conducts aptitude testing, and interviews year-round.
