Andree Dualan has been nominated for Apprentice of the Month for the month of February 2026. Andree is a first year apprentice and he stated the following: “My journey here was a little unorthodox. I decided to apply to the apprenticeship because I made some reckless decisions in my life and had my share of trouble and I knew that if I got into this program I would be able to provide for my family and establish a career. I was working as a residential contractor for years and wanted to get a well rounded education on the trade. I had no idea how much my past experience was really going to help me in the long run. Joining this apprenticeship has been an incredible second chance for me. For a long time, I thought my past would hold me back and that I wouldn’t have the opportunity to achieve anything. But this experience has shown me—and now I want to show others—that with effort and determination, you can absolutely turn things around.
