LaShawn Adams has been nominated by her peers at Austin Electric. I am a 4th year apprentice and look forward to receiving my license and becoming a Master Electrician. I’ve always been a great problem solver and love putting things together. After graduating from Hampton University, I’ve had several jobs but knew to enjoy and love what I did for a living, I needed to be able to problem solve and physically move around. Being an electrician allows me to problem solve, put things together and not be sedentary. More importantly, it allows me the opportunity to one day be a business owner.
